Ray has been out to our house multiple times over the years and is an expert technician who explains what he is doing, why it is needed, and gives useful tips on how to optimize your HVAC performance and longevity.

They were terrific. It was about 90 degrees in our house when our central air-conditioner stopped working. They came back in 3 days to install new units. However, because it would have been hard to tolerate the heat for 3 days, they installed 2 window air-conditioners in the most frequented rooms in our house (kitchen-dining-living room areas and our bedroom) that first day.I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with air-conditioning or heating.
