Very Pleased! Prompt in giving me a quote. Price in line with other estimates. Tech was VERY knowledgable, professional, and courteous. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Our only problem stemmed from them appearing to be short staffed on the final day of installation. They ended up , after a extremely busy day, working late, and didn't have as much time to properly show us how to program the unit. However, we were still very impressed overall.

I contacted ***************************, **** to come and check out my HVAC in a property I had just purchased. The technician went over the entire system and even helped me with replacing the existing filter (I did not have a replacement on site). The tech explained what condition the system was in and how good it was working. (Telling me that the system was about five years old was good news as thought I might need to replace the system thus saving me money)I was extremely satisfied, and I also set up a contract with the company to do my twice-yearly service on Heat and Air Conditioning. The tech was very professional, and I will be requesting the same tech for all my service.

I have used ***************************** for boiler repairs and they have been tremendous. They are responsive and ****, the technician, is a professional in all respects and very knowledgeable. I recently asked them to install a new air conditioning unit in my house, including a new air handler. Because we are close to the ocean, Rey, who gave me the estimate and proposal, had some specific product recommendations, which was helpful, and they did a great job with the install both inside and outside the house. it wasn't cheap, but I greatly appreciate the product knowledge and technical expertise in terms of the install. It was also great that ***************************** took care of warranty registration. Their office is always a pleasure to deal with. They care about their customers, as evidenced by the classy thank you card I received from them after the job was complete.
