ElliotMcElwee provided the best pre and install support and sent the best HVAC installers.
Pre install, EMcE presented us with 4 estimates and explained one vs the others. Trish coordinated all forms and required docs and explained the process along the way.
The installers, meticulously installed the heat/AC units. It took them 2 days. After each day they gave us update what was done, checked the system before leaving. Heat was installed first. They cleaned the area after each day of install. No rush in installation. Both days, they leave the work area neat.

I called yesterday morning my bedrooms were overheating they sent a tech out the same day his name is Rick. Can't say enough, how courteous and professional, and what a great job he did He purged my pipes water in the radiators. Also noticed something to bring my unit up to code. Their fee to come out was less than the first company I called.
After the first night our bedrooms heat is back to normal.

We have used ***************************** in *************, ** at all our properties in ********** since the heat wave during the summer of either **** or 2006. Our AC went out on Thursday. On Friday they came out and estimated the replacement. Saturday it was installed. At that time we were a first time-call in customer. ***************************** has done all our preventive maintenance, new installs of both air conditioners and gas furnaces. In the summer of 2023, at the last minute (before a tenant moved in) they came out an ran a new gas line for a new gave stove. We have only highest praise for this company and its qualified personal.
