Installation of new furnace & Central A/C system.
My heating unit had been giving me problems. I thought for sure it was on the brink, and was expecting to shell-out $$$$ for a a new one. I had dealt with Hutchinson, and One Hour Heating/AC, for my tune-ups, and other diagnostic issues. I did NOT like either of those outfits. Both poor service vs. the $$$ you spend ratio. So, when the unit(imo) had finally met its demise, I knew I needed to call a reputable HVAC company. I remembered Elliott-Mcilwee from my years working for UPS. always heard great things about this company. So, I called them up, and? From the moment the customer service lady took my call - to - Charles(technician) doing an absolutely PROFESSIONAL job, start to FINISH. There aren't many times in my life, that I can say I've dealt with flawless companies, as far as peace of mind, value, honesty, integrity, etc. this was one of those times. A+++++ -- don't hesitate to call this company. You'll remember my words, when you're smiling - instead of hating life. Top Notch. More companies should follow their business model.
