I contacted Elliott McElwee on the recommendation of a good friend.
I had been recently been serviced (scheduled seasonal) by another company and was told by their tech that I needed a new heating system because mine was drawing condensation and would rust out at some point. The unit is all of 8 years old!
Obviously I wanted another opinion so I called Elliot McElwee.
EW rep, Justin arrived on time , was very professional, and proceeded quickly with a total diagnostic rundown. In the end, he told me to regularly change my filters and that there were NO problems with my system and that it should last for many more years.
EW will be my heating and air company of choice and I will highly recommend them as honest and full of integrity!
This was the best $90 I've spent in a very long time!

Elliott-McElwee services our HVAC system twice a year plus comes out for any issues we may have. They always show up promptly, do a great job and take their time. Before they leave, they always take time to walk us through what they have serviced and any parts they have replaced. I have worked with Elliott-McElwee for almost 15 years and either for purchases of Air conditioning units as well as servicing of the Air and heat units their service has always excelled. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and timely. I high recommend their services.

I recently had a new gas heater installed, and was very happy with the work that Byron and his helper, Brandon did. They were courteous and professional. They also cleaned the area when they finished the job.

Byron and his crew of Joe and Mike did a fantastic job replacing my old air conditioning units and air handlers. They all kept quite busy with their tasks and completed their work in timely fashion. They were more than respectful to me and my home leaving with no footprints of their work. I would not hesitate in having them service my units - should that situation ever arise - and highly recommend Elliott-McElwee to anyone needing this type of work in your home.
