I really appreciate good service, and Elliott-McElwee delivers. In response to my request for service, I was initially scheduled with a three-hour window; and later given an exact time and a call, alerting me to the service man's arrival. I didn't have to sit around waiting for someone to show up. Justin, my service man, was very thorough and informative about his service. He made recommendations for improving the performance of my equipment. And I could FEEL the difference when he left. He deserves very high marks, and so does Elliott-McElwee
Great experience all together. Rey came out and made a great assessment of our property and came up with a game plan to fix our A/C and heating needs. Alvin and his crew were extremely professional, left drop cloths, respected our house and worked into the early evening to get the job done. They expanded the vents in three rooms in our house, added a mini-split ductless system in our upstairs and moved the thermostat.
The result was great, our family can sleep quite comfortably and actually enjoy the upstairs of our house.
